this is one of many rrasons why i AVOID the beaches during the 4th. it turns into total chaos. there was a high speed chase, speeds of over 100 mph, that later crashed; TONS and TONS of trash left behind causing others to waste their time, fuel and energy to clean up after others EVERY YEAR; people set the dunes on fire from fires too close or playing with fireworks. there is so much more.
If you are going to go to the beach (any public area for that matter) to watch or light off fireworks, do every one else, the citiea, counties, the animals that have to live with the disaster, and the people that have to see/drive thru or clean up the mess; do us all a favor and either bring garbage bags and CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES or dont bother.
If people wanna destroy proprty so bad they can STAY HOME and destroy your own property. Have some respect ESPECIALLY if you are a tourist.
the beaches get absolutely trashed every year by people who dont care, are slobs, and have no respect.
this is why I either stay home or go out in the woods away from the stupidity and chaos as well as the tons and tons of LITTER left behind.
DO BETTER PEOPLE. BRING GARBAGE BAGS AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ITS NOT THAT HARD
