I’ve always loved photography. My great-grandma Lucy and I went crazy for disposables when I was little. It became really special to me. Photography was the first medium I ever used to express how I saw the world.
Before the pandemic, I had spent years building a career in photography, primarily photographing weddings. The industry burned me out. Somewhere along the way, I lost the part of me that created from joy.
Instead of seeing my burnout as a failure, I now see that it was a sign to step back.
Since then, I have learned about myself and the kind of work that feels like me. I’ve focused my creative energy on music and my podcast, . The podcast has given me so much loving, creative energy back in return. Working on the show has taught me to lead with curiosity and honesty and to trust my intuition.
I’m really proud to be finding my way back to the photog world with a new mindset and am very excited to announce that for the first time since 2021, my books are OPEN! If you’d like to create something together you can book me through my website, which is also home to my podcast Nothing to Prove, Only to Share ;)
