The Army Aviation Museum Foundation is truly a gem of a location for us photographers and military families (or both)!

My days here at Rucker are getting fewer but I have so many amazing memories over the last couple of years- many of them leading me right back to the Army Aviation Museum! From the foundation staff, gift shop staff, historians, and volunteers- everyone is so kind and happy to share their aviation knowledge. They will be greatly missed by me!

I will be soaking up every minute of my final WOCS graduation and Flight School Graduations I will be photographing this month.

Welcome new followers! I know I have some new faces checking out my page lately and I just wanted to give an update on where things are with my photography business.

I am still here at Fort Rucker until September 25th, then onto SC at our new house! I have fall mini's planned for AL just before I leave the state, and Christmas mini's when I come back to visit. I am also currently booking my NC fall and Christmas mini sessions. The SC/GA mini sessions are in the works so stay tuned or message me for more information.

When I checked my booking questionnaire for this couple and saw "JC Penny awkward poses on the table" I knew I was in for a fun session. They had the perfect energy for silly poses and I loved every minute! Don't be afraid to request out of the box inspiration at your photoshoot because I will happily make that vision come to life.

I just wanted to take a moment to celebrate my amazing little girls. ❤️

They have only ever known a life where we pick up and move wherever the Army sends us. As incredibly thankful as we are for the opportunities and experiences this life has given our family, it certainly comes with its challenges. This will be our third move as a couple (we moved while I was pregnant with our oldest) and our second move as a family of 4.

My youngest will even celebrate her birthday just before the movers show up! She’ll soon be 3 years old and will have already lived in three different states. 🥹

Through every move, new home, new town, and new beginning, these girls have handled it all with so much grace, excitement, and curiosity. They continue to embrace each adventure as something we get to experience together, and I couldn’t be more proud of them.

I am so incredibly lucky to call them mine. I’ll continue to remind them every step of the way just how strong, brave, kind, and resilient they are. These girls amaze me more than they’ll ever know. 💕

Friends of Army Aviation Thank you so much for having me back with my family this time and getting to experience something truly one of a kind! Experiencing my first ever helicopter ride in a Huey with TONS of history will be something I never forget. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and passionate about the history, education, and preservation of these amazing aircrafts. If you are looking for something truly unique to experience this is something you HAVE to do! Even our little ones were begging to ride again afterwards. Such a family friendly event!

Well, it is finally my family's turn for Flight School family day! I am so proud of my husband for all the hard work he has put in while at Fort Rucker these last almost 2 years. More sappy posts to come!
