The photos matter. But, so does the experience.

Most seniors tell me they’re nervous before their session. Truthfully? I still get a little nervous before every session. I think it’s because I care so much. I want you to have an experience that’s easy, relaxed, and leaves you loving your photos. Once we take a few photos, start talking, we both relax, and by the end we’re laughing and wondering why we were nervous in the first place!

My goal isn’t just to deliver beautiful photos. It’s to make the whole experience feel easy, comfortable, and fun.

Getting messages like this reminds me why I love what I do.

I’ve photographed couples on mountaintops, along the coast, in open fields, and in their own backyards.

The result is a gallery that feels natural and looks like the two of you, that’s when the magic happens.

There’s something about the Fresh 48 that gets me every single time.🤍

You come in for maternity photos with this beautiful, full belly and so much anticipation. You’re still in that in-between space…imagining what they’ll look like, what their cry will sound like, what it’ll feel like the moment they’re finally here.

And then a few weeks later, you know.

Tiny fingers. Tiny toes. A whole new person who already has your whole heart.

I got this message after delivering this gallery and honestly it made my whole week:

“Jeffrey and I just looked through the Fresh 48 photos, I cried the whole time. Thank you so much for capturing this moment for us. We are already feeling like he is growing and love having these photos to reminisce on his first two days in our world.”

This is why I do what I do!

Not every wedding needs a packed photography timeline.

Jacobe and Collin knew exactly what mattered most to them.

No getting ready photos.
No hour-long portrait session.
No elaborate shot list.

They wanted a few family photos, their ceremony, the speeches, the dances, and all of the candid moments in between.

And honestly? It was perfect.

Every wedding is different, and I don’t believe there’s one “right” way to photograph a wedding. My job is to document the day in a way that reflects what’s most important to you.

One of my favorite parts of delivering a gallery? You don’t have to choose.

Every image I deliver comes in both color and black and white.

Color reminds you of where you were.

Black and white reminds you how it felt.

Danielle and Greg’s mountaintop engagement session is the perfect example. The view is incredible, but the connection between them is what makes these images special.

My job isn’t to turn you into models. It’s to create space for you to just be yourselves. I’ll handle the rest with simple prompts that bring out real reactions and genuine connection.

I hear this at every session. And every single time, I think the same thing…that’s not a you problem. That’s a photographer problem.

I guarantee you won’t spend your session worrying about what to do. By the end, you’ll be laughing, completely in the moment, and your photos will look like this.

Photogenic isn’t something you are. It’s something a good photographer brings out of you.
