Still drooling over the dreamy light at this sweet engagement session. I can't wait to see which portraits they choose to print! They already have plans to put together an album for guests to sign as a guest book at their wedding (something I wish I'd done at my own wedding!).

And to think we were worried about the wind! It was picture perfect fall day for Heidi and Devan's engagement session on their farm this week. Heidi had me out a few years ago to create portraits of her with her horses, Rudolph and Anaiah, so it was so fun to have them in front of my camera again, with the addition of her fiancé, Devan, and her new thoroughbred, Classic. Three horses are a lot to wrangle, but they all behaved themselves and we created some beautiful portraits!

I am officially out of office as we prepare to welcome our first baby! Emails and messages will be monitored and responded to as I have the time and capacity to do so.

❗️As a reminder, any galleries with stores will reopen when I return to the office in the fall, so you'll still have time to purchase images and prints in time for the holidays!

I spent some time in Kent, Connecticut this evening with Ally Schneider and her adorable boy George. Ally first met George as a lesson horse and loved him so much, she knew she wanted to buy him; when she graduated college, her parents surprised her with him as a graduation present. It doesn't get much better than that!
