The elk rut is here, which means they’re more active and all over town.

Please slow down and stay alert. You never know what could be around the next curve. We lost one of my favorite bulls last year after he was struck by a vehicle.

I recently had someone comment on my post about Kickstand and stated he made his appearance today and it seems folks are confusing him again this year.

The bull another page put up today is this one. You can see the similarities in the antlers and this bull has a lump on his nose, which Kickstand doesn’t.

This video is from 2021. I’m currently digging through all my files for him last year to get everyone a more to date comparison. 🤭

I’m still hoping for Kickstand to make his appearance! 🤞
