This pictures speaks to me on so many levels. As this Hummer is preparing for the journey over the ocean for the winter I imagine it asking God the same question I have asked over and over in my lifetime:
"God, what makes you think I am strong enough to do this?"

Isaiah 41:10

Eagle Creek Park - Indy Parks and Recreation is an absolutely beautiful park with 3900 acres of land and 1400 acres of water northwest of Indy. I hiked over 5 miles there this past weekend, including the loop around the bird sanctuary. Saw eagles, osprey, a Silent Swan, ducks, geese, Ringed Billed Gulls, Caspian Terns, a Pelican, tons of Double-crested Cormorants, Great Egrets, turtles (pond sliders & red-eared sliders), a Yellow-billed Cuckoo, and woodpeckers. And the views from the red trail near the Ornithology center are amazing. Can't wait until my next trip to Indy in a few weeks to go back to explore more of the park!

Finally was able to find a Yellow-Billed Cuckoo at Eagle Creek Park - Indy Parks and Recreation this past weekend after waiting and watching for close to an hour. Love to listen to their cute calls! This is an adult - if you look closely you can see the white spots on his tail feathers,
