I moved back to Idaho about 2 years ago, one of the big reasons is
Yellowstone and the Tetons are special places for me and many others.

Since moving back I have had bad luck seeing grizzly bears compared to years past.

My recent trip I got to see three pretty close and got two decent photos of this bear.

The bear sticking it’s tongue out as it sounders off made my day.

Life ain’t easy!
It’s hard to tell how tall this moose is because of how deep the snow is along this rod in Teton National park. This moose and a second moose were struggling to get onto the road from a creek that runs along it.
One of the three shots I got of it. I love seeing the flying snow as it struggles to plow through the snow.
this was our last day in Jackson .
