Sometimes it pays dividends to spend some time with what might be first thought just a mundane image. The Yellow feathers at the intersection of the folded wing and breast area haven't shown up on any photos I've seen on the Internet. So they lead to questions like is this just late molting, genetic issues related to color formation for some feathers, or anyone else seen this small detail?
