Our lodging accommodations for Mushroom Festival in Yachats, OR. The basket on the right is filled with a nice big Chicken of the Woods and the basket on the left with chanterelles. We ate wild mushrooms and venison for dinner that night and the best part was it was all harvested by us for us! It was storming with wind and pounding rain all night but we stayed nice and cozy! 🔥 🏕

Spotted this wild b***o out on some ol backroad somewhere down on the Nevada-Oregon line. Did you know there were wild donkeys in the world? I didn’t know about them until just recently actually after someone had told me about it and I looked them up. Then ran into this guy. Pretty interesting! This jack ass and me here just sat staring at each other for the longest time. Then we nodded and went on our ways..
