I have always said a prayer for Florida in the midst of a hurricane. But after everything the southern states have been through in the past two weeks…my heart is deeply concerned and praying harder than ever for them. The devastation on NC, SC, Tenn., Ga, and parts of other southern states is unimaginable. And you can see the videos and the pictures all you want but until you are here looking at the destruction and the loss….you honestly can’t understand it.
I am scared for Florida. My heart and mind are focused on them today. My friends, my family, and the ones I don’t know.
And as we are still in the middle of the crisis left be Helene…it breaks my heart to think they are going to have it even worse.
Guys, be kind, stop being internet bullies. You don’t know everyone’s life, situation, or heart. You don’t know why some are not leaving and staying in place. Do not be so quick to judge. If you have not walked in the shoes of those living in the current situation, unless you have words of encouragement, prayers, love, support, and wanting to know how to help. Just don’t. Put your fingers you are using as weapons away….we are all under enough stress, disbelief, loss….we do not need others to share their unnecessary opinions.
