You don't have to show up knowing what to do with your hands, how to angle your face, or with poses already in mind. That's why you come to me-that's my job (and I'm damn good at it, if I do say so myself)

And not only that, but I give you fulllll permission to tell me if something is uncomfy for any reason or if you wanna try something different. No hard feelings from me!

I'm here to take photos of you that you LOVE, that you feel confident in, and to make the experience in front of my camera one that feels easy and fun.

I captured these maternity photos almost 2 years ago (!!!) for one of my best friends in one of their favorite places—Wesselman Woods 🌳🪲 and it was the most perfect fall evening. They cuddled and frolicked and admired the setting sun, all while celebrating their growing family.

It's so important to document these milestones and big life transitions because you deserve to be able to look back and reminisce about what it felt like to be in that moment when it was still just the two of you and your dreams for this tiny person—before the sleepless nights and endless baby bottles needing to be washed.

We got Matt in place just ten minutes before Neveah arrived, and it felt a little James Bond trying to make sure we weren’t able to be spotted through the windows as she rounded the corner. I ducked behind some hydrangea bushes as Matt waited in an alcove of topiaries.
🌳🌳💍👨🏻‍🦰💐🌳🌳

From behind the bushes, I could see the immediate relief on Matt’s face as his soon-to-be fiancée walked towards him and he wrapped her in a hug. Once she was standing in front of him, it seemed like all the nerves melted away.
