The Union Pacific Big Boy is the world's largest operating steam locomotive. Built between 1941 and 1944, this 4-8-8-4 articulated locomotive weighs 1.2 million pounds and measures 132 feet long. Out of 25 originally built, No. 4014 is the only operational Big Boy today. Passed through Greensburg.

A historic 1899 Pratt truss bridge spanning the Youghiogheny River. Known for its unique single-lane design that leads directly into a brick tunnel, it connects Layton Road to Perryopolis and is located just steps away from the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) trail.
