Never in a million years did I think this would happen. Since 2019 my work has been featured in two magazines. I could not be more happier for these two ladies. Maddison’s image has been submitted to be featured in Issue 58 of Inspiring Teen Magazine and she could possibly receive a scholarship if selected. Janna’s image was selected for the Top 50 and Top 20 if I remember correctly for Model Source. These are moments you never get back. If you have ever been on one of my photo shoots you know I give it my all. Behind the camera I find peace and I love capturing those “WOW” moments. I have spent hours on end getting educated, working with other professional photographers with the Professional Photographers of North Carolina and the Professional Photographers of American. Two fine groups I am very thankful for joining. I have spent hours on end going to class either in person or online with some of the best and well respected photographers in the industry, however the work does not end when a photo session is over. The hours of editing and retouching images are the things that no one sees. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to editing. The goal is to get it right in camera on a photo shoot but there is still a lot of work to be done in post processing and these two images are proof that hard work pays off.
