Ashley & Alex’s wedding day was so fruitful to be a part of. There wasn’t a time throughout their day when they weren’t giddy and simply excited to be marrying each other. It was truly beautiful and so much fun.

Where flowers bloom, love follows. ☁️🌸🕊️

Springtime always makes my heart tingle and fills my soul. There’s something about the season. The new growth, the longer days, the life-giving sunshine.. In many ways, it mirrors the start of a marriage.

Both mark the beginning of something new: a season of growth, deeper connection, and love that feels like sunshine. It’s a feeling I pray all of my couples get to experience not only on their wedding day, but over and over again throughout their marriages.

How lucky am I to document such beautiful people as they prepare for and step into a new season that feels so much like spring. 🤍

This shoot is just a little nod to my love for simplicity, connection, and all things vintage.

There was once a time when you could pick up a phone, have a conversation, and hang it up. And there wasn’t endless scrolling. Just magazines, newspapers, and information as it was.

I think a lot about how much space being online takes up in our lives now. Being social has started to feel less like real connection and more like chasing reach and followers.

Even writing this, I’m catching myself thinking, “what do I need to say for this to perform well?” It’s weird how fast your brain adapts to that.

Anyway… real life is the best life. Hope we cross paths out there sometime 🤍

Cheers to the Kuglers and their lifetime together 🥂💛

Emily and Canaan’s spring wedding at Lone Oak Farm was the perfect kickoff to wedding season. It was full of sunshine, happy tears, sweet moments, and sooo much love and laughter.
