Before you book your wedding photographer, ask yourself this:
Do I love their overall style or just a few photos?
Take a second to really look at their work. What are you actually drawn to? Is it the lighting, the colors, the emotion, the way moments are captured? Or just a few standout images? Notice if that same feeling comes through across their work, not just in a few photos.
Will I feel comfortable having them by my side all day?
You’ll spend more time with your photographer than almost anyone else on your wedding day. You deserve someone who feels easy to be around and who can step in when needed, but also step back and let the moments unfold naturally.
Am I choosing them because I love them or because I feel rushed?
You should never feel pressured into a decision this important. The right fit will feel aligned, natural, and exciting, not stressful.
At the end of the day, this isn’t just about pretty photos.
It’s about how your day felt and having someone there who can preserve that honestly.
