Kicking this new year off with my most unusual newborn session of 2025.
**Edited to add that the babies do In fact have names! World meet Vanessa and Nick Jonas. 🤣
This is what happens when your mom is a newborn photographer and you and your friend take home the child development babies....
These babies would NOT close their eyes for anything. They also had the same cry whether they needed a diaper change, to be fed, or to be burped. They were SUPER stiff so posing them was crazy limited and wrapping them was the only option.
"Auntie" came to help and capture some fun behind the scenes photos and video.
In all seriousness though, every kid in high school should experience this. It is some pretty amazing birth control! 😜
I know that my other daughter {AKA Auntie} will be opting to write the essay instead of bring home a baby.

It wouldn't be a good park visit without seeing the wild horses and bison roam free. We were fortunate enough to have them come right up next to us and get to watch them just be. As much as I just wanted to run out to pet their fluffy fur I did NOT. They look SO FLUFFY!!!! I DID roll my window down with my zoom lens when they were a decent distance away. Last thing I need is a bison sized dent in my sweet minivan! 😜
