I’m a cinematographer, photographer, and motion graphics artist. The thing I love about creating media for people is the look on their faces when they see the completed video, photo, or graphic for the first time. I use my eye and instinctive sensibilities to capture the living moment. These tools of my mind are more important than any lens, computer program or photo filter. I have been practicing
my craft for ten years and have worked on nearly every type of project from Director of Photography on the feature film Nothing Personal to creating short films and making beautiful wedding and senior photographs. I’ve created promotional pieces for companies and crafted interesting artist documentaries and profiles. I love film, music, sports, animals, and kids and work hard to incorporate the things I love into my work. Watching film informs me of what the masters are up to as well as giving me ideas and insight into my own work. I listen to a wide variety of music and use it to bring impact to my work. I play to decompress and capture sports with an informed mind. I have a kinship with children and animals. Wether it is in a social context or on the job, I bring myself to their level and work to establish a rapport when ever I meet with them.
