It has almost been a year since I got married and moved across the country the day after my wedding. I am living next to the cutest historic towns in North Carolina! I love exploring, shopping, and learning about the history behind Pinehurst and Southern Pines. Plus I have had some very special newborn and family sessions already! I always love hearing where people are from because many of my new friends have moved to the south from somewhere else around the United States. Getting to know people is so fun!
I am currently still flying back about 3 times a year to Spokane and am able to fit in as many newborn, family, and engagement sessions as I can. I think Spokane will always feel like home, but am currently just so grateful that I get to be married to my best friend even if that means living so far away from my family!
When I am not working you can find me in my kitchen baking and cooking as much as my energy and time allows! I love trying new things and am usually trying to recreate my favorite asian dish or manage to make dessert with all my allergies.
Leaving community is hard and can be lonely, so I am continually working on thankfulness because it’s really hard to complain or wish for what I don’t have when I am giving thanks for everything I have been given. Each day is a gift and I am just trying to do the best I can with the help of the Lord.
Thank you all for sticking around! What do y’all want to hear me share more about? Homemaking, recipes, chronic illness, moving, hospitality tips for hosting overnight guests, allergies?? Let me know in the comments or send me a dm! 🤍
