In the quiet of an early dewy morning, the world seemed to pause just long enough for this tiny soul to rest among the petals. Water droplets clung delicately to his antennae like crystal beads, catching the first whispers of light as the day began to wake.

A reminder that even the smallest creations carry extraordinary detail when you slow down enough to notice them. 🌿

🌿IN HONOR OF NATIONAL PARK WEEK🌿

Some days you’re aligned, other days you’re not. Balance is in knowing when to move and when to rest, when to hold on and when to let go. It’s less about control, more about awareness. The more you tune into yourself, the easier it is to return to your center.

Balance is remembering who you are, over and over again.

There is strength in letting go of who you once were. Every version of you had a purpose-but it was never meant to be your final form.

You're not losing yourself.
You're becoming who you were meant to be.

When we offer love or support without expecting anything in return, something beautiful has room to grow. Selflessness makes space for what truly matters.

I found this little guy in the middle of the road during my run yesterday. I gently picked him up using a coffee lid I had collected from some litter along the way.

As I was walking, trying to be as careful as possible, he was tumbling all around in the lid—probably wondering what on earth was happening. 😂

I told him, “Don’t worry, little buddy…you’re going to like it so much better where I’m taking you,” as I carried him toward my flower garden.

It made me think how often we feel like we’re being tossed to and fro in life, when in reality, we may be in the hands of something greater—being gently guided toward something better that we just can’t see yet.

I’m sure this little guy is much happier now in a flower garden than on a hot paved road that could have led to his harm.

We have to have faith in the unseen hand of God. He is always working, even when we can’t perceive it. We just have to trust the process, learn what we’re meant to learn, and hold onto even the faith of a mustard seed—trusting it is all working together for our higher good.

Praying for you. Pray for me.💛

There’s a rhythm to it all—
a gentle reminder of what it means to simply be.

Pressure doesn’t cancel purpose—it reveals it. What feels like limitation can become the very soil where something new begins to grow. Keep going. Keep becoming.
