I wanted to take a minute to share what my set up for the recent sports photos look like. It’s quite extensive. 10 ft tall, 12 ft long and lots of lights! There’s nothing quick and easy about it. It takes about 30 minutes to set up and another 30 minutes to take down, with a helper. I’m sure there’s a way to do it with a smaller set up, but I don’t cut corners. I want to get it right in camera and not have to spend 30 hours editing because I didn’t do it right to start with. I’m kind of old school and I don’t rely on editing software or AI. Every photo I take is 100% me. Photography is SO much more than just clicking a button, especially at a professional level. I need to be able to show up to any location and be able to nail it!
