The sunset made the perfect backdrop as classic cars and cruisers filled the streets for another great evening in town! If you look hard enough you see me! I was busy flying the drone and taking some photos with my camera!

The South water tower in Festus is getting a fresh new look! 🎨🚰

A professional water tower painting company was hard at work earlier this evening repainting the tower and installing brand-new logos. I caught some of the progress and grabbed a few shots from the drone showing the crew in action high above the city.

Pretty cool seeing this local landmark getting updated! Check out some of the aerial views below. 📸🚁

Today marked the very first 1st Fridays at Turtle Cove in Festus, held at Larry G. Crites Memorial Park—and it couldn’t have been a better kickoff.

A handful of food trucks showed up serving some seriously good food, a DJ kept the energy going with a solid mix of music, and the weather was just about perfect. Families filled the park, kids took over the new playground, and the whole place had that easy, small-town Friday night feel.

For a first-time event, it came together exactly how you’d hope—simple, fun, and something the community can look forward to growing all summer long.
