Darlington County Humane Society's Paws Around the P*e Dee last month was a great event, and these darlings ended their morning in front of my lens for their glamour shots! I had so much fun photographing them, and I hope they get adopted soon!

This time two years ago, Vancouver.
Vancouver was a dream. I never thought I would enjoy visiting a place that was so cold, but I was prepared and didn't mind the cold as much as I thought I would.
The cold weather and short days made me take photos quickly and without overthinking. It was foggy and overcast the next day, so this shot looked very different.

Some of you have asked me about how this will look. Although I do not have a photo of my set yet, I plan to create one in the events room of The Toy Shop. This is subject to change based on my wall space but I plan to have string lights, a loveseat, a Christmas tree, and other decorations to make the set festive. The set will be standalone and not interfere with the beautiful toys of the store.

The Santa in the ad is NOT the Santa that will be there on photo day. He is a local Santa and I will post his photo soon.
