One of my closest friends since we were babies is having a baby! This season has been so much fun to witness for Kaitlin and Chad, and I have a feeling that the next one will be even better. Kait has been the most joyful, easygoing person throughout her pregnancy, and we are all counting down the days until Brinleigh makes her appearance!

These two are going to make the most incredible parents. We are all so excited to add a baby girl to this crazy crew! 🌸🦢🫧🎀

The Jamisons 💛

Last Saturday, right on the Alabama / Georgia state line, Laney and Josh tied the knot. This was a stunning day full of colorful florals, southern August heat, and a gorgeous bride and groom that were just so excited to be married. It was such a treat to be behind the camera for this special day.

In preparation for the Bridal Expo at The Harper House this weekend, I’ve found myself digging through the archives the last few nights pulling some of my favorite photographs from the last couple of years. Thinking back to the memories from each couple’s special day has had me really feeling grateful for how personal and creative this job allows me to get with people. It’s also made me realize the majority of the shots I love most are the ones from the moments in between- where life is simply happening. The genuine, unposed, beauty that each couple creates in their own time together. I’m so excited for the remainder of 2026 and all of the amazing weddings I have on the calendar. Thank you all for your continuous support and encouragement- it means more than you know.

A peek into a summer evening well spent with Madelyn Brink. 🖤

What a gem this girl is! As soon as I met Madelyn for our shoot, I could tell instantly that we were going to easily connect. She came into the session with a warm, solid confidence that translated so well in front of the camera. Madelyn truly trusted my vision for the session and I couldn’t love how it turned out more. It had been a minute since I shot a senior portrait session- the summer is typically filled with weddings and engagement sessions. It felt great to get back into the individual portraits saddle with Madelyn. She is truly a rockstar and I know that she is going to have the most amazing senior year!
