Just a little heads-up for my expecting mamas… 💛

The next few months are some of the busiest on our studio calendar. Between fall sessions, Christmas, Santa and all the other fun that comes with this time of year, we actually take on fewer newborn sessions than usual.

And babies aren’t exactly known for checking my calendar before deciding when to arrive. 😂

So if you're expecting a little one anytime over the next few months, sooner is definitely better when it comes to getting on my calendar.

From Newborn - 4 Years Old!! Happy Birthday Blakely!! It happens way faster than you ever imagine 🥲

I appreciate so much when clients come year after year and let me be a part of celebrating these milestones 🎉 It's also interesting to see which of our kid clients gravitate to me and the ones that gravitate to my husband Van (the spotter). Blakely has always enjoyed playing along with her friend Van 😍 (not seen but always either to the right or left of the kid being photographed). 💛

When a new baby arrives, that family is forever changed. ❤️

Never the same family they were the day before. A whole new person in the mix. New relationships. New roles. A whole new version of them.

And THAT is why I love the family pictures from a newborn session so much.

Yes, we’re celebrating a new baby.

I know, I know! I've been quiet on my socials. Honestly that's actually a sign that I'm so busy working that I don't have time to keep up with posting. So believe me when I say.......
