The morning before wedding days is the closest thing I imagine a professional athlete feels before a big game.

No matter how many weddings I shoot, my nerves always show up the morning of. I double check my gear, go over the timeline in my head, and pray everything goes smoothly. Those butterflies never really go away and honestly, I hope they never do.

Because those nerves remind me that this isn’t “just another wedding.” It’s your wedding. A day you’ll remember for the rest of your life, and a responsibility I’ll never take lightly.

Today’s wedding takes me to Lions Gate Estate in Marietta, and if that wasn’t enough to make me happy… Copeland’s is on the menu for dinner! 🤤

Beautiful venue, an amazing couple, and comfort food to top it all off—I’d say it’s been a pretty great day so far! Here’s to celebrating love and making memories.

Saturday evening was so much fun! I accidentally mistook the zinnia field for the wildflower field… and the results were absolutely ✨AMAZING!✨
