⚠️Announcement - Caution, I will be blunt.⚠️

I will no longer be publicly posting identifiable images of children on my platforms.

I have been thinking about this for a LONG time, and you'll notice my lack of posting family sessions at all here lately, but after the recent Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals ruling regarding the world of AI and the creation and possession of child p*rnogrophy using it, I will no longer be sharing identifiable images of your kids.

I have ALWAYS asked for permission before posting families on here, but as a photographer - the creator and keeper of your families documented memories - I feel an extreme responsibility to protect your little ones innocence and privacy here. I do not take your trust in me lightly.

This has been a very difficult world to grow a photography business in right now. Posting and sharing the best of our work is what literally keeps our businesses going, this is my livelihood and what provides for my own family. I sincerely hope this won't effect my business, but protecting your families is more important than content.

Once an image is posted online, we lose complete control, this isn't new. We don't know who is saving it, using it , or what technology is feeding off of it to make it's own repulsive content - and now it's perfectly fine and legal for people to possess it. I am not willing to risk what could be , when I can make a different choice.

Now, your family session doesn't change at all. You will still receive a full stunning gallery of your family. The images and experience you receive doesn't change. I will just be treating your images with a higher level of privacy and care online.

Any images of minors shared on my socials: faces will be completely blurred, or not even visible from the angle they were taken. You will still be asked for permission, always. 🫶

I will be going through my pages (socials and website) and replacing posts with censored images, so please do not be offended if your session is deleted from my feed. This will be a long process, so give me time.

And PLEASE for the love of all that is holy, RESEARCH. LEARN! Let yourself question if your children belong on social media, be careful what you post. I respect your choice, this is just how I wish to implement mine.

HEY FRIENDS! I have been slacking SO bad. Having 3 accounts is k*lling me honestly. (oh btw I'm writing a fantasy book!!)

Maybe it's tacky, I dont think I care lol but if its photography related, it's going here. I cannot handle creating two aesthetically pleasing pages for weddings and other shoots along with my author journey, and ya know, life. I tried. Sort of. 😂🤣

Anyway, LOOK AT THESE CUTIES! Another Tiny Treasures family and honestly, that bundle is the best thing I've ever made. I feel so honored to be a part of your entire journey to meeting your little one. 🥹 and I am SO excited to meet this little man! 😭

Seriously though, this is how I picture a wedding scene in a fantasy book. Something happened in my SOUL when the light touched them. 12/10 recommend 😍

I've be SO busy and all these sessions at my client's homes?!?! Swooooon! It's absolutely the best place for your photos. It's where you make real memories every day. It's where life happens, the mundane that equates to something so big and magical. This is where you're mind will wander back to one day. Right here to a home and land full of love. ❤️

I'll be honest.... I've lost like 30 pounds this year and just feel fine as hell, so I wanted to post some updated photos since I took REAL branding photos last week! It's almost as if I have my life together. Anyway, here's my face, enjoy. 😂

It's not all about you. 🤐👀

No I'm just kidding, it quite literally is lol

But there is SO much happening during the ceremony that I love to document outside of just the two of you exchanging vows and rings.

That first row holds such a story, the entire story actually. Your mom with tissues pressed to her face, seeing her baby all grown up in a single breath.

Your "oh, I won't cry" dad -- sobbing.

The ceremony isn't just the two of you making a promise, it's a whole room full of people who loved you into this moment, feeling all of it at once with you. The joy, the ache, the pride, the "wasn't she just this tiny yesterday" kind of wonder. It's laughter and happy sobbing tangled up together, and it is my absolute favorite thing to witness.

So while you're up there with your best friend, just know I'm grabbing every moment from every face that came to watch the two of you become one. 🥹

I get it — the first thing you picture is him seeing you for the first time at the end of the aisle, and you don't want to "lose" that.
So hear me out for a sec.

A first look doesn't take that moment from you. It gives you a second one — a quiet, private one that belongs to nobody but the two of you. No crowd, no pressure to hold it together for an audience. Just you, your person, and the few minutes where the whole world gets to fall away. 🌿

These photos will live rent-free in my mind for the rest of my career, because what an honor to be let into such a heartfelt moment. To see AJ turn around and come completely undone. He saw his soon-to-be wife and just broke — the happy, shaking, can't-catch-your-breath kind of crying, the kind you only let yourself do either when no one's watching or with the person you trust with your entire heart. 😭

And because they had that space, they were able to take a moment and hold each other. They read private vows that were made for only one another to hear. They exchanged gifts. They held hands and just breathed together as one for a minute before the day swept them up.

Here's the thing: that moment didn't cancel out the aisle. It made the aisle even better, because by then they were loose, settled, already glowing — and the tears at the ceremony hit even deeper. ✨

You don't have to choose to lose a moment. You get to keep both.
