Sometimes we’re so busy trying to be strong, keep everything together & be there for everyone else that we forget to give ourselves the same grace we freely give to others🤍

Grace is understanding that we’re human. We’re going to have hard days, make mistakes, change our minds, feel tired & sometimes simply need to pause.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You don’t have to be perfect. You’re allowed to grow at your own pace, start again & give yourself permission to breathe🌿
