If you ask me what my favorite genre to work in is, I'll probably always say whatever I'm currently working on 😂. But headshot sessions are truly SO fun. I love getting to work alongside clients to find the perfect way to express their personality & brand and it's so rewarding when I look at the back of my camera and see a portrait that I feel really captures the person in front of me.

And then it's EXTRA fun when I get to take portraits for people I already love! This is my gorgeous cousin, Amy, of AE Studios in Asheville, NC. She is truly a hair ~artist~ and it's a big understatement to say I'm OBSESSED with her boho bridal looks. She has made me feel like a million bucks at my siblings' weddings and literally saved me from myself last year when she miraculously fixed my box-dye mistakes.

So I was SO THRILLED when I saw this portrait on the back of my camera because I thought, "OH, YES! That's AMY!" 😍
