Serrina and Dan's intimate winter wedding took place in the heart of the Vail Valley on a chilly day. The day began at the Westin Riverfront Resort, where the couple shared a private First Look with great views of the mountains. Their 'bridal party' included their Fox Terrier, Spencer T, and their lovable lab, Libby. They then walked down to the frozen river for a little 'Winter Wonderland', followed by a casual drink at the hotel bar together. The couple exchanged vows at the historic Mirabelle Restaurant, a charming farmhouse-turned-fine-dining gem, followed by a fantastic 5-course dinner by acclaimed chef Daniel Joly.

Black Canyon Inn, nestled in the Rocky Mountains, was the backdrop for Alaina & Chris' big day. They started their day together with a First Look and then emotional private vows filled with love and tears. The day was a great party with all their closest family and friends.

Krista & Emilio left the relative warmth of New Mexico to brave the cool, windy climes of Rocky Mountain National Park for their destination elopement at Sprague Lake. Despite threatening rain, the clouds stayed over the continental divide and only sprinkled enough to give the couple 'good luck' and to provide us with a brief rainbow. We later joined the throngs of elk onlookers at Moraine Park to watch the spectacle of mating season. The Fall colors were glorious.

Christina and Kiser had a fairytale wedding day at Highlands Ranch Mansion, complete with a hawk flying the rings down the aisle. Christina worked with birds as a falconer with rescued birds at HawkQuest, and she posed with them after the ceremony, including a bald eagle. The guests also got to mingle with them. The couple had a magical First Dance where they performed a choreographed waltz.

Ally & Anakin had their small intimate wedding at The Clocktower in downtown Denver. They had already tied the knot in Vegas, but wanted to share their vows with their closest friends and family. The venue has some really cool backdrops and staircases. The couple rode off down 16th street in a horse and carriage to finish the afternoon.

Laura and John had their special day at the gorgeous venue, The Covey, just north of Fort Collins. The couple loves a good fantasy, so they make their wedding a fairytale of their own. Laura's horse, Reign, came along for the occasion too. They even made their own ice cream flavors for the evening.

It was an amazing weekend hanging out with Olivia & Jed and their besties up in Breckenridge and A-Basin Ski Resort. All the guests and myself stayed at their beautiful family hotel, the newly-renovated The Wedgewood Lodge Breckenridge. The couple had an intimate elopement in a flowery meadow in Breck on Saturday to exchange private vows, and their main event on Sunday on A-Basin. The threat of lightning forced us to drive up to Black Mountain Lodge instead of use the ski lift, as clouds form very quickly up there. It rained after the ceremony and I thought the chance for a mountain sunset was gone, when the sun finally peeked out and treated us to a rainbow over the East Wall!
