🌿 Vacation Notice 🐾

Hey everyone!

MadDawg’s Grooming will be closed July 29th through August 9th while I take a little vacation! 🌴💕

Although the salon will be closed, calls and texts are still welcome, and we will continue scheduling appointments during that time. Feel free to reach out at 515-408-9073, and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please do not personal message me at this time as i wont be able to get back to you!

📅 Friendly Reminder: Beginning August 10th, our new drop-off times will be:

🐶 Morning Drop-Off: 8:00 AM
🐶 Afternoon Drop-Off: 12:45 PM

💲 Please note: Beginning August 10th, our grooming prices will also be increasing. This adjustment allows me to continue providing the high-quality, one-on-one care your pets deserve while keeping up with rising operating costs. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support!

We’ve had a few last-minute openings next week due to cancellations and updated vaccination requirements, and we’d love to get your pup in! 🐾

Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred time fills, we’re always happy to schedule you for the next available opening.

• Monday, May 11th at 1:00 PM - FILLED
• Tuesday, May 12th at 9:00 AM - FILLED
• Tuesday, May 12th at 12:00 PM
• Friday, May 15th at 9:00 PM

• A photo of updated vaccination records

✨ June Special: We’re offering an exclusive promotion for all NEW clients booking for June— June clients will receive $5 off of their scheduled June appointments! Promotion runs from 5/5/26-5/30/26!

🤍 Client Loyalty Perk:
All current clients who pre-book and maintain their appointments for the remainder of 2026 will receive 5% off each groom.
To qualify, all appointments must be kept and vaccination records must remain up to date.
Any missed appointments or no-shows will result in removal from the 5% discount program, and future services will be subject to MadDawg’s standard no-show policy.

We always love welcoming new clients into MadDawg’s 🤍

Effective Immediately, to better protect our time and ensure every pup gets the care they deserve, we will now require a 50% non-refundable deposit (will be put towards groom) for all new client bookings.

This change comes after an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations.

If you book at multiple groomers to see who you can get into first, we ask that you be mindful and cancel your appointments made with the groomers who could not get you in.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support ✨
