Friendly life update - no actual updates 🙂
I didn’t want my time away from my personal IG to turn into a mysterious disappearance. Since October, i’ve paused sharing my personal journey here. For many reasons. And i still feel good about keeping that pause.
Today i felt like showing up, just to say hi and keep things simple.
I’m still practicing. Still teaching. Same rhythm. I’m also giving a bit more time to one thing i’ve wanted to start for a long time.
Mostly, it’s the same old, in a good way.
It makes me happy to see people staying with their practice during not the easiest times. Keep shining, my friend.
And thank you to those who stay in touch through other pages and offline.
