I would like to introduce myself, Sarah, and my new page, Heart Hound Photography, to all of my friends! Some of you may already know us from Sound the Hounds , where my love of photography has really blossomed due to my fabulous coonhound crew always being up to the job of posing for me. From this, I am always looking for the best spots to capture the right moments with the hounds, but I often times get so wrapped up in getting great pictures of the derphounds that I forget to get some of myself with them- which is why I started this, so that I can give that to others! My goal is to capture these special moments between handler and heart dog, to give you memories you can cherish forever.
At the moment I am still learning and building my skills, and wanted a place where I could share those photos and their stories apart from Sound the Hounds.
🌲 We are located in western Washington state, and are willing to travel up to an hour to meet for photo ops!
📷 I currently shoot with a Canon t7i and a couple of different lenses, a 50mm and a 24-70mm
🧭 Right now I am doing no charge hike and shoots on a trail of your choice, or I have a list of spots that you can choose from
⏳Sessions last anywhere from 30min-1 hour. Weekends preferred
🐶 Daícota or Bryer are usually my tag alongs to help break the ice and make every shooting a fun experience for all! Think of them as my assistants.
