Dante H & the Boys♣️🤵🏼♠️

I had the absolute pleasure of capturing these handsome young men before prom night, & man… what a full circle moment. Between Eli & myself, we’ve taught &/or coached every one of these gentlemen over the years. Getting to see my “big kids” again filled my heart more than I can explain🫶🏼🥹

After spending almost a full school year teaching elementary PE, this session reminded me just how much I’ve missed my older students. Don’t get me wrong, being my daughter’s PE teacher & getting to teach all of her sweet friends has been such a special season, & field day was an absolute success!🥏 But seeing these guys all dressed up & ready for prom? Unreal.

How absolutely stunning does Hannah look?! She and Richard completely rocked this session from start to finish. The soft pinks, the sunshine, the lake views… perfection💕

A little sentimental moment for me too, I’ve taught Richard since his freshman year, and now he’ll be a senior this fall. Watching these kids grow into such amazing young adults is truly one of the sweetest parts of this job🥹🫶🏼

These two made this shoot effortless. Prom season has been SO much fun already & I can’t wait to share more!✨📸

Cold fingers, happy hearts, & pups that stole the show 🐾❄️

Avalon & Ryan showed up with the best attitudes on a chilly day that came with a few hiccups. But with quick solutions, lots of laughs, & plenty of movement to stay warm, we made it happen. Sessions like this are such a reminder that the magic isn’t about perfection, it’s about connection. These two (& their sweet pups) made it effortless✨

And to my people; I know I’ve been a little MIA lately. I truly appreciate your patience & grace. Between our move down to Colorado, new jobs, new students & coworkers, house hunting, rental struggles, & navigating a major depressive episode, life asked me to slow down more than expected.

I’m finally getting my cameras & equipment cleaned, prepped, & ready to go again. Wedding season is right around the corner & I have couples I’ve been booked with for over a year that I cannot wait to celebrate & document🤍

Now that we’re feeling more settled & grounded, I’m so excited to pour back into this creative space & reconnect with my hobby in a way that feels joyful & sustainable. Thank you for being here, truly. It means the world to have your support🫶🏼

What a gift it was to capture this sweet little family,🫶🏼 a gentle, loving teacher, her devoted husband, & their beautiful baby boy. We wandered a bit south in search of pretty scenery, & the South Valley Hills did not disappoint☀️

Soft light, quiet smiles, & a whole lot of love made every moment feel like its own little poem. So very grateful to have frozen these memories for them🤎✨

You’re looking at Colorado’s 2A East Assistant Coach of the Year: Coach Moody! This game, these kids, & the impact he makes on & off the field… it’s truly where he shines🏈🧡

One of the assistant coaches, who also serves in the U.S. Space Force, surprised Eli with an Outstanding Performance Token, sharing that he learned more about coaching & football from Eli this season than he ever expected. 💫 A moment we’ll never forget.

Through tough games, tough leaders, & helping rebuilding team after team, he keeps showing up, & giving everything he has. The results speak for themselves, go check the stats if you’re curious. We are unbelievably proud of the man of our home, his heart for these athletes, & his drive to chase his dreams🫶🏼
