Life’s truly a blessing, isn’t it? It’s crazy how we all walk a thin line and at any moment our lives can change for the better or worse - take Katie and Joey for example. It’s funny looking back at these now and thinking of the monumental moment she’s going to experience in a short few minutes. Joey planned to propose to Katie at the end of this family session and one could only imagine what’s going through his mind. Then you have Katie, happy as can be, just living in the moment, with no idea what’s to come next. Remember at any moment, your life can change forever - share it with those that make your heart sing and your soul shine.

I feel so fortunate that I get the opportunity to photograph families and couples on their happiest days. The energy, the atmosphere, the vibes - its all so positive and happy. For a few hours in the day I get to be apart of a new family celebrating and capturing dope s**t. Life’s good 🙂

Even though they may not have planned on making this a big deal Always get the pictures. You’ll never regret having the opportunity to look back on your memories 🤍 especially the smallest and most impactful. We’re suckers when it comes to elopements, we our selves ran off to a court house in Texas and got married back in 2010 before it was cool 🤣 From pre planning to connecting you to other local vendors that will make your day even more special... If you know me, you know I’m really into nature and plants etc. Well I shot a wedding over at and I’m just so obsessed with this fairytale location. There’s hundreds of gorgeous mature oaks with fern and ivy all over the property. Perfect golden hour lighting beams through the shade of the trees to make photos a breeze. I hope this one isn’t the last time I get to visit this venue.

It’s December baby! 🌲Whether this year has been good to you or not, 2021 is quickly approaching and boy am I excited for whats to come! 2020 has been nothing short of a roller coaster (on fire 😅), I’m just glad I’ve had the opportunity to continue to do what I love and have a platform to share and connect with so many of you. Despite the crazy year it’s been, there is still so much to be grateful for this year. This year I have been able to work from home full time, getting to spend more time surrounded by my family & heck we even shaved off a few pounds. Tell me something you’re grateful for this year ✨

When you and the bride have the same visions of shots for the day 🌿

Chelsie made sure to include an ‘under the veil’ shot in her wishlist and little did she know it’s one of my favorites. It may just be a sheer piece of fabric but it gives the a couple a ‘moment’ to themselves. The get close, smell each other, breathe each other in - really feeling all their senses with this new commitment to each other. It’s truly incredible to just watch it all, right in front of you, magic in their eyes ✨

For someone who previously shot automotive photography, I never expected to be photographing couples and families but here I am, several years later loving every damn minute of it. If I’m completely honest, it wasn’t even until we had Quinn that I realized how important it was to have photos. Time really does fly by in a blink of an eye - one day you’re welcoming a newborn home for the first time and and next thing you know, they’re walking and talking. One day she’s going to move out and the house is going to be quiet and all we’ll have left are memories while she goes on and lives her life. So make theirs memories now now because it’ll be over before you know it

An example of this range of meanings is that the love of a mother differs from the love of a spouse, which differs from the love of 🌮.Most commonly, love refers to a feeling of strong attraction and emotional attachment. But real love is complicated, Real love is messy. Real love is decisions and actions and thoughts and emotions, and continually learning who someone is and how that someone can fit into the chaos of our lives. Love isn’t simply a feeling. It isn’t simply two hands intertwined, or two bodies coming together in lust. It isn’t being with someone who makes you laugh, or smiling as you go on dates, or kissing the lips of someone who you’ve learned to appreciate as someone even closer than family. As a photographer I believe my soul purpose is to capture that. The love between the two of you regardless of race, s*x or religion. So bring the love and I’ll bring the camera 😉 📸
