If I had to give Mabel’s photo session a title, it would be: “Trust in the Lord, for He is good.”

We were up at the church Tuesday evening when the storm rolled through. (Of course, we waited until the last minute to get these photos done. 😂) The thought crept in that we weren’t going to get them finished in time for this weekend and it was our only available night to do them…But we stayed and waited out the storm. Long story short, we were met with sunshine and rainbows at end! 🌈☀️

Well… it’s been a minute (more like a whole year since I’ve posted anything!) 🫣

It’s not that I haven’t loved every single photo I’ve taken — it’s that you all show up… and keep showing up👏
Truly, the biggest blessing? I haven’t had to show up online because of YOU. That kind of support is something I’ll never stop being grateful for.

This past year, the Lord has been gently reminding me where my focus belongs… on my family, on the present moment, and being aware of the gifts right in front of me.

“As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:” — 1 Peter 4:10
This little business of mine is not just a job… it’s a way to witness the love and connection we were made for. 🥰

So here’s me… popping back in — still completely in love with what I get to do, still so excited for the people I get to serve (and call friends), and still honored to capture the joy of what you all love most.
