🪴Happy Tuesday🪴

I just want to give a huge shout out to all of my clients who have kept me booked and busy these past few months. You all have been a dream to work with and have been so kind! I am still not taking new inquiries yet as I am still catching up on past galleries and giving my full attention to current July and August weddings/sessions. I should be opening bookings again in September for fall and winter sessions, which will surely book out quickly. Please stay tuned for the fall mini session theme as I will be doing two full days of minis this year. Very excited for what is to come🫶🏻

My First Light newborn sessions are wrapped-only sessions designed for families who want beautiful newborn portraits without the longer session time. Wrapped babies are often the sleepiest and happiest, making these sessions quick, easy, and perfect for capturing those tiny newborn details.

With a large collection of wraps, layers, baskets, bowls, and props in a variety of colors, each session can be customized to fit your style.

I have been so busy catching up on galleries I haven’t been able to post much. This session is one of my favorites from this summer to far. This family was so beautiful and their little girls had the best personalities and were just so fun to work with. I can’t wait until our next session! 🥰🌿✨

Some of the shots I got on 35mm film from my Colorado photography workshop last month. All straight from my film cameras, NO EDITING! It’s hard not being able to see what they look like while shooting but that’s why it’s so fun! It was like opening a surprise when the scans were finally delivered. 🎞️✨

A little update 🤍

I’ll be pausing all new bookings and inquiries through the end of June so I can fully focus on my current clients, upcoming sessions, and getting galleries delivered with the care they deserve.

Between editing, shooting, and keeping up with daily messages, I’ve realized I need to give myself a little grace and create some breathing room to stay caught up and continue giving my clients the best experience possible.

If you already have a session booked with me, nothing is changing for your session 🫶

Thank you all so much for the constant love and support. I’m so grateful to stay this busy doing what I love, and I can’t wait to reopen bookings soon 🤍

Fun little blended family session✨ This family is so special to me because they are the first family photographed with after moving to Kansas last year. I have worked with them a couple times now and they are so much fun. Each session is an adventure and I love every second! Cannot wait until next time!🤎

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing moms out there! I have had the pleasure of capturing the sweetest, and sometimes most vulnerable, moments of your lives, and I am truly honored. Every single one of you is so strong and beautiful. If you know me, you know that motherhood is a huge part of who I am and why I do what I do. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my momma clients shine during their sessions. I hope you all had an amazing day. 💞🌸
