Well, the complete sealing of all screws holding down the roof has been completed. Also, we have added 45 tons of gravel in the aisle between building A and B and near building E. That allows for more drainage for the heavier storms. In short, we want our units dry.

WOW. The roof of Five Corners Center, 300' feet away, had 40% of their roof torn off by wind. Our roof was unscathed. PLUS, we are having every screw of the roof siliconed and tightened. Plus we are replacing the vent seal at the top of the roof line. We just want to make sure that things are dry and secure.

We have 38 brand new doors installed to ensure everything is in the best working order. Anything that did not work well is gone. On top of that, we have greased the springs and tracks of all others and ready to go!

We reduced our lighting bill by $80 per month with LEDs. With this new upgrade, we now have lights on all night instead of using motion detectors, which helps deter potential thieves. We continue to put the safety of our customers and more security of their valuables first and foremost in our business.

Some final building updates are being made - we are replacing 18 doors and adjusting tension on some others. We are hearing many compliments from our customers on the changes we are making. We are always happy to make our customers' lives easier!

Our first cameras are in. And WOW! The picture quality is clear enough to read words on t-shirts. Final setup is designed so that you can't walk further than 40 feet from at least one camera. We love protecting our facility to ensure your items' safety.

Our fencing is complete! All lights have been changed to bright LEDs and more new lights were added. Security cameras are about complete.
