There’s something so special about watching two people become parents. ❤️

Meeting Oliver and his family was such a joy. These sweet new parents were completely wrapped around his tiny little finger. And honesty who could blame them? The way they looked at him, loved on him, and soaked in every little moment was beautiful to watch.

“Having a baby is like watching your heart walk around outside your body for the very first time.”

Oliver may be tiny but he has already changed their world in the biggest way. From sleepless nights to endless snuggles, this new chapter is filled with so much love and I feel honored to have captured a small piece of it.

“Motherhood is not measured by perfect days or easy seasons. It’s measured in the quiet strength a mother carries through every challenge, and in the love she gives no matter what life places in front of her.”

Sydney keeps bringing sweet Miss Mack back to me, and I adore getting to see them each time. Mack is such a mama’s girl, and it is so easy to see just how deeply they love each other. Their bond is the kind you don’t have to pose or create. It’s already there in every glance, every hug, and every moment together.

Over time, I’ve also gotten to build a friendship with Sydney, and I’ve been able to see exactly the kind of mother she is. She is protective, caring, and fiercely devoted to her little girl. I’ve watched her carry life’s struggles with strength and grace, yet none of it ever changes the way she shows up for Mack.

She is the kind of mom who will do absolutely anything for her daughter, and that kind of love deserves to be celebrated every day.

“Motherhood is rarely picture perfect. It’s messy, loud, unpredictable, and usually nothing like we imagined it would be. But somehow, in the middle of the chaos, it becomes even better than we could have dreamed.”

Taylor has been bringing sweet Parker to me since she was tiny, and getting to watch her grow has been such a joy. This session was exactly what you’d expect with a one year old running the show. We snapped moments as they happened, followed Parker’s lead, and let her big personality shine.

Taylor definitely has her hands full with this sassy little girl, but you can see so much love in every second between them. The wild moments, the laughter, the chasing around, all of it is what motherhood really looks like. And honestly, it’s beautiful.

Torraine Lake never lets me down!

From the minute they showed up it was all laughs and good energy. They made the whole session fun and easy. The girls looked gorgeous, the boy looked sharp, and together they were absolutely prom ready.

The whole reason I picked photography back up 7 years ago was because I wanted to capture my own kids while they were little. Somewhere in that process, I realized how much I loved freezing those moments in time and how badly I wanted to do that for other families too.

These guys are the reason behind so much of what I do, and the reason I’ll keep going even on the days I feel worn out.

We started with these before we hit the paint!

This earthy setup was just too pretty to pass up, so we took advantage of this vintage earthy setup for something a little more simple and grounded.

It felt like the perfect balance. A little bold, a little calm, and all still so true to who she is. This was the perfect setup to show her more introverted side!
