Full basement remodel + new half-bath. Part 1 of 2! 👇
This one started with real flood damage, so we extracted the water, cut out the damaged materials, and pulled the paneling where mold had set into the foundation walls. Sealed it up right, then rebuilt — new paneling, pad, carpet, baseboard.
The part that makes it last happens before the finishes ever go in. Part 2 coming soon. 💪
