Texas Sun, South Bend edition. ☀️😉

When Holly asked me what my bucket-list maternity session would be, we started tossing around ideas. Then she casually mentioned, “The nursery is Ralph Lauren themed…”

Say less.

A date was on the calendar, a horse joined us, and somehow it all came together even better than I imagined.

There’s something about this session that feels timeless to me. The light, the setting, the styling, and a mama who made it all look effortless.

What an honor to create photographs that will hang in a home long after this season has passed. The kind of images that become part of a family’s story before baby even arrives. 🫶

Lake Wawasee done the right way. The bride’s only request? No posing all day — just real moments.

So that’s what we did. Friends on the pier, her dog never far, and a wedding that unfolded exactly as it felt — easy, relaxed, and full of personality (many outfit changes and neighbors walking over included).

A day that felt less like a production and more like a really good summer night… but married. ✨

A little Sunday behind the scenes.

Morning drive and a 10am family session → home to back up photos → then off to for the VIP pre-show party.

I grew up listening to ABBA with my childhood best friend, so an ABBA tribute show together felt like the only correct plan.

Now I’m back home, culling photos and getting ready for Monday. I hope you had a fabulous weekend too. 🫶
