JEFF ZERO'S OWN PRIVATE UNIVERSE (6/15/26)

A while back I ordered a CD copy of JEFF ZERO'S album, "Love Shampoo." If you're a fan of indie music, Bandcamp is a reliable way to make direct contact with some of your favorite North Texas artists. Artist payment for downloads is generous and it's a convenient way to score merch.

Like I said, Bandcamp is a dependable platform but somehow my order was kidnapped by Jeff's spam filter. However, an inquiry through Bandcamp corrected the problem immediately.

The gift bonanza pictured here is Jeff Zero's over-compensation for the mixup. I bought one CD but received two, stickers, a beautiful "private universe" tee-shirt, and a lovely thank you card! Postage alone erased whatever profit margin there was in my album purchase, but I really appreciate Jeff's kind gift.

INTARSIA #1 - A NEW COMIC BY BEN HANCE

Ben Hance was percussionist for several of my past favorite area bands - The Cush, SiberianTraps, Programme, Igneous Grim and others. During those earlier years, I was slow to realize that Ben was also the gifted artist responsible for those bands’ show posters, t-shirt designs, and even animation videos. Although Ben’s still active musically under the moniker “The Floating Miracle” (available on Bandcamp), his foccus now is visual art.

LIGHT BODY COMICS is the newly-created umbrella for distribution of Ben’s graphic projects.
INTARSIA #1 is the first installment of Ben's latest endeavor. And it is amazing.
