It’s not often I share cell phone photos here but I wanted to give a little recap on our trip to Cape May! If you’re a grandma at heart, I think this is the place for you. Cape May has so many Victorian houses turned Bed and Breakfasts - we stayed at the Queen Victoria where coffee and tea was available 24/7 (and we took FULL advantage of that) the Queen Victoria also does afternoon tea from 3-5 with complimentary pastries that we also took advantage of.

Everything you need is in walking distance but prepare to wear comfy shoes because it is a lot of walking especially if you want to shop at the nearby “mall”, pop in to other hotels or bnbs or do any ghost tours (like we did)

We are SO much but my favorites by far were:

Bella Vida Garden Cafe - we ate 4 meals here because they had the largest gluten free/dairy free menu we could find

Port Marina for sushi - one of the few places we drove to and it was by far some of the best sushi, margs, and views

The Buoy Coffee Shop - we got free coffee from our bnb but couldn’t leave cape May without trying their coffee and it was so good (chugging it like I did however, is not recommended)

We also stumbled upon a cute little speakeasy, had wine at other hotels and bnbs, found dairy free icecream, and even explored a little outside of the main town.

Overall we averaged over 10k+ steps a day, ate and drank so many yummy things, and made some fun new memories!

10/10 recommend cape may!
