I don't think I've shared publicly, but I've accepted a kindergarten teacher job in my kids' school district! 🥰

I'll be continuing work as a family photographer on the weekends throughout the year, as well as holiday breaks!

With that said, you all have supported me for so many years as a photographer and I'm so thankful. If you felt led to help me build up my first classroom, I'd be so appreciative!

Happy 2023, friends!

As we head into 2023, I want to share details on the plans I have for my business.
💥 Am I still working? YES! 💥 Am I advertising? No.
💥Am I doing mini sessions? Yes!💥Am I shooting events? No.
💥Am I doing outdoor sessions focused on families, kids, babies or high school/college seniors? Yes! 💥Am I doing newborn sessions? No.

I am currently balancing working part time in my local school district as a 1st grade reading tutor, studying for my next teacher certification exam, AND chasing around my 5 kiddos + husband! (And soccer, baseball, flag football, & kickball season is about to kick off!)
My availability remains Sunday and Saturday late afternoons for the foreseeable future. My rates remain the same!

Well, it's been a while!!

First, yes, I'm still doing photography 😍 I am limiting my time to early evenings on the weekends working with families/kiddos. (I am available all of Thanksgiving break and most of Christmas break)

Second, I graduated from college with my degree in Elementary Education! 🤩 For the last two years I've been balancing it all and it's paying off.
I'm currently finishing up my final 2 certification exams (passed my content exam!) and currently working part time in my kids' school district teaching first graders to read! It's an amazing job that I love so much.
