New Moon Nervous System Restoration
Hi ABP Family,
Each month, the new moon offers us a natural opportunity to pause, reflect, and begin again.
Unlike the full moon, which brings illumination and completion, the new moon represents a fresh start. It is a time for planting seeds, setting intentions, and creating space for growth. Just as nature follows cycles of renewal, we too benefit from taking time to recalibrate our minds, bodies, and spirits.
In today’s fast paced world, our nervous systems are constantly processing information, responsibilities, and stress. Without intentional moments of rest, we can become overwhelmed, disconnected, and exhausted.
I am excited to welcome back Wayne and his daughter, Mia, from Universal Healing Network as our partners for each monthly New Moon Meditation at Amy Bezek Photography. Together, they create a beautiful and restorative experience through guided meditation, energy work, and Reiki, helping participants release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
Join us for our June New Moon Nervous System Restoration Meditation on Sunday, June 14, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This month’s gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and restore balance from within. Through guided meditation, Reiki, and mindful reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to release what no longer serves you and welcome new possibilities with clarity and purpose.
This month’s new moon invites us to embrace new beginnings and create space for what we wish to cultivate in our lives. Whether your intention is greater peace, improved health, stronger relationships, abundance, creativity, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, this meditation provides a supportive environment to nurture those intentions.
To make your experience as comfortable as possible, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, and any additional items that will help you relax while lying on the floor during the meditation. Many participants enjoy bringing an extra blanket, cushion, bolster, eye mask, journal, crystals, or anything else that helps them feel fully supported and at ease.
No meditation experience is necessary. Simply come as you are with an open mind and a willingness to receive.
