Thank you to everyone who attended today's Big Pine Creek Field Day!

We had an excellent turnout and enjoyed discussing ways to reduce inputs in today's variable market while showcasing conservation practices, ag technology, and drone application services.

A special thank you to the Benton County Soil & Water Conservation District , Purdue Extension Benton County, our guest speaker Director Don Lamb with Indiana State Department of Agriculture, and everyone who helped make this event possible.

It was great visiting with growers, industry professionals, and community members throughout the day. We appreciate all of the questions, conversations, and interest in drone application technology.

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy schedules to join us. We look forward to continuing these conversations and helping growers across Indiana and Illinois this season.

Also a huge thanks to Nick Grott with Patriot Aerial Solutions for bringing his T100 to showcase it and me play with it! Probably was not a good thing to do😅😅 more to come on that soon!

Today I had the opportunity to attend the Big Pine Creek Field Day.

Last night at 9:30, after my day was done, I washed up the T100, loaded her in the truck, and made the hour-and-a-half drive to Fowler. Why? Because my friend Kyle Albertson asked if I would bring it down.

Someone asked me today, “Why would you do that? That’s not even your territory. You’re probably not going to get any business from it.”

The answer is simple.

Because Kyle is a good man. If I needed help, he’d be there for me. That’s how relationships are supposed to work.

Along the way, I got to reconnect with old friends from my days at Castongia Tractor and spend time with some great people in agriculture.

I’ve never been in this business just to get rich. I’m in it because I enjoy helping people succeed. If that leads to success and wealth someday, amen. But the friendships and relationships are worth far more than any acre I’ll ever spray.

Had an awesome opportunity today to showcase our drones and trailer to a great bunch of atudens in the Agronomy 598 class! I’ve been speaking to this class for many years but this is the first time we’ve brought any equipment to show off. Thank you to Dr. Lee Schweitzer, Dr. Fred Whitford, and Adam Shanks with Purdue Extension for having me present today. It’s always great coming back to Purdue University where this whole idea for me started to show off what we’ve built!
