We exist in a society that feeds us the narrative that our bodies need to look a certain way to be worthy, desirable, or beautiful. We have been taught to scrutinize every.little.thing about our bodies, and compare ourselves to everyone else. We’ve been taught to believe that our value is tied to our appearance, but that’s simply not true.

You are allowed to take up space exactly as you are. There is nothing wrong with the body that carries your heart, your spirit, and your story. 🫶🏼 I know it’s hard sometimes, but try to see yourself with the same grace you give everyone else. If no one has told you lately, you are loved. ❤️🥰

They are single handedly (lol get it? 😉) one of the most important things in an image and they make a huge difference when it comes to just looking “placed” vs looking intentional and emotive. Most of the women I work with haven’t been in front of a camera since their senior photos or maybe their wedding. They didn’t have any experience, and they didn’t need any. You are guided the ENTIRE way through - and these are the results 🤩
