Half the internet can disagree and I genuinely do not care because if you have never carried, birthed, and recovered from having a baby you simply do not get to lecture a mother on how postpartum should look. That experience belongs to her alone and only she gets to define it.

I don't play the victim. I'm very clear about why I turned into the villain and what pushed me there.

I own my reactions fully — especially when it comes to disrespect. But I'm not going to let anyone act like they don't know exactly what they did. Nothing I do is unprompted. There's always a reason, and I'm not scared to name it.

I don't create chaos, I break cycles. There's a difference between someone who lashes out to cause harm and someone who finally stops absorbing it. One is destruction. The other is a boundary that finally got loud enough to hear.

I'll tell you what I did. I'll tell you why. And I'll stand on it — no confusion, no rewriting the story to make myself look innocent. That's the part most people can't do. They provoke, they push, they cross the line, and then they perform shock when someone finally reacts.

I'm not interested in pretending. I'm not interested in playing dumb. People who manipulate need everyone else to carry the blame. I don't need that. I know exactly who I am and exactly what led me here.

If you harm the tree you harm the fruit and anyone who genuinely loves a child will never hurt their mother. You cannot separate the two no matter how hard you try. Disrespecting the woman who carries and raises that child reveals exactly how little you actually care about the child itself.

There are so many things in this world I cannot protect my girl from, and that truth keeps me awake some nights. She may face disappointment, rejection, heartbreak, or moments when she questions her own worth, but she will always have a safe place to bring every messy feeling. I want her to know she can tell me the truth without rehearsing it first, call me after a mistake without fearing my anger, and fall apart without having to hide the pieces. I may not agree with every choice she makes, and I won’t always have the perfect words, but I will listen before I judge and hold her through whatever comes. Being her mother means loving her loudly, especially when life feels cruel. 🥹
