A little life + business update 🤍

I wanted to check in and let everyone know that I am still keeping my books paused for the time being, and gallery deliveries are running a little behind my normal turnaround time.

The last few months have brought a lot of unexpected changes and some incredibly heavy things in my personal life. I’ve been navigating major family changes, custody matters, financial struggles and simply trying to make sure my kids and I have the stability and peace we need through all of it.

I don’t share that for sympathy, and there are parts of my life that I’ll always choose to keep private. But I do want to be transparent about why my work has been affected as much as it has. Photography is something I care deeply about, and when life became heavier than I could realistically carry alongside running my business at full capacity, I knew I needed to slow down rather than continue pretending I could do everything at once.

To my clients who are currently waiting on galleries: thank you for your patience and grace with me. I am still working, editing, and getting galleries out—I’m just moving at a slower pace than I normally would. Your photos have not been forgotten. 🤍

For now, I’m continuing to pause new bookings while I focus on fulfilling my current commitments, taking care of my family, and getting myself back to a place where I can give this business and my clients the version of me they deserve.

This season has reminded me that sometimes you have to take care of the person behind the business, too.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support Hannah Bounds Photography through the beautiful seasons and the really hard ones.

A Little Life Update 🤍

I wanted to take a moment to be honest with everyone. Lately, life has been a lot, and my mental health has taken a hit. As much as I love photography and the incredible people I get to work with, I’ve realized I need to give myself permission to slow down and take care of myself.

Right now, my priority is catching up on editing so I can give every gallery the time and attention it deserves. If you’re currently waiting on your photos, thank you so much for your patience and grace. I haven’t forgotten about you, and I’m working my way through everything as quickly as I can.

I’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause accepting new bookings while I focus on my mental health and getting caught up.

If you already have a session booked with me, nothing is changing. Your session is still on my calendar, and I’m looking forward to capturing those memories with you.

This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply me recognizing that I need to take care of myself so I can come back feeling refreshed and able to give my clients the experience they deserve.
