Got to do a branding sesh for the amazingly talented today and had an absolute BLAST! 😍 If you’re in the FXBG area and are in need of a stylist, she’s your girl. I’ve been going to her for a couple years and am always obsessed with my hair after seeing her! She’s also the sweetest person ever, so that’s a plus. 🤩

So listen, I’ve wanted to be a photographer ever since I can remember. And I have been off and on for years, but life always got in the way. Graduations, moving, getting married, moving again, having a baby, COVID. Ya know, the usual stuff. 😂 But I got in my own way too. I had this image of what a photographer should be in my head and I never lived up to it. Because photographers have to know absolutely everything about their cameras and lenses and editing software and have amazing websites and be technically perfect, right? That’s what I thought, at least. And I am NONE of those things. I take pictures to capture moments. I want to take pictures that make people feel something. That make people smile when they look at them. So no, they’re not perfectly edited, cropped, or sharp. I just see something beautiful and I capture it.

So anyways, I’m taking pictures again. Thank you for coming to my TED talk. 😂
