✨Happy New Year ✨
Well this was a momentous moment for me.
Sometimes I wonder if the paper will ever pick up the story I keep trying to tell again.Yet, in the meantime, I have a yearly supporter who reaches out continuously—someone who has always encouraged me to keep going and to think bigger.
Ms. Pam Nance Johnson —author, blogger, speaker, and most importantly, a servant leader—has become the first contributor to our 2026 Black Heritage Reenactment. Her continued interest and belief in my work means more than words can express.
Understanding the importance of teaching culture through imagery, I know my hard work is not done in vain.
Do I feel like my story doesn’t always get through?
Yes.
Do I sometimes feel like no one cares about what my small business is trying to contribute to ensure our history is not lost?
Unfortunately, yes.
But the consistent encouragement and support from Ms. Nance Johnson has given me the drive to move forward.
While I may have started this journey for myself and my family, I now know it blesses far beyond that.
